Whistleblowing Reporting Channel
Whistleblowing refers to a reporting channel service intended for reporting abuses or suspected abuses. Use of a whistleblowing reporting channel in an organisation reduces the likelihood of abuses and promotes implementation of the organisation’s ethical guidelines.
Meconet Oy’s whistleblowing form can be used for reporting suspected abuse by the members of our own organisation and by external actors alike. The suspicions reported may concern members of our own organisation, as well as customers, suppliers, or other stakeholder partners.
Reporting can be related to the following cases, for example: bribery, favouritism, manipulation of data, misuse of company benefits, threats or pressure, abuse of (official) position, affiliations, etc.
Any reports and suspicions submitted will be handled with strict confidentiality and only by persons with respective processing rights. The identity of the person submitting the report will never be revealed to the person suspected of abuse.
