Our Tallinn plant offers versatile metal component manufacture and assemblies for various industrial needs. It is a key plant in our production network enabling flexible and cost-effective production in various volumes.

Tallinn offers customized production solutions, assemblies, and customer outsourcing operations. We can take care of complete manufacturing and assembly processes and adapt production to our customers’ needs.

Customized production solutions

The strength of the Tallinn plant lies in the ability to build customer-specific production cells in which the manufacturing process is optimized to the requirements of the specific product. In the production cells, different work stages, such as pressing, assembly and aftertreatment can be combined, so that manufacturing becomes efficient and smooth.

At the Tallinn plant, metal components are produced efficiently even in large numbers. Progressive tools and pressing technologies enable precise and repeatable production. The manufacturing solution is particularly suitable for products in which case cost-efficiency, consistent quality, and security of supply play a key role.

In addition to manufacture, we offer a wide range of further processing and assembly services. The plant’s processes include:

  • manual and automatic assembly
  • spot welding, riveting and threading
  • tumbling
  • pipe cutting and bevelling
  • special product machining

The Tallinn plant can deliver the products to the customer as ready-made units.
