Our Kurikka plant (Relicomp Oy) is specialised in the manufacture of demanding sheet metal components and assemblies. It complements the Meconet production network, especially in case of highly processed products.

At the Kurikka plant, components and sub-assemblies are manufactured and delivered directly to the customer’s production as ready-made complete units.

The Kurikka plant focuses on products related to optimization of the manufacturing of large-scale assemblies.

We manufacture sheet metal components and sub-assemblies involving:

• precise manufacture
• further processing and surface treatments
• assembly to finished products

The objective is to deliver the customers solutions refined to the greatest possible extent, reducing the customer’s burden and making production more efficient.

Design as a competitive edge

At the Kurikka plant, attention to manufacturability is emphasized already in the product development stage. The manufacture of a properly designed product is bound to be smooth, cost-effective, and of high quality. At the same time, we can optimally utilize the different refining stages of the production process.

For example, we make use of prototypes and 3D laser measurements to support product development, production, and quality assurance. This way, we ensure dimensional accuracy and functionality of the outcome.

At the Kurikka plant, different sheet metal technologies are extensively utilized, including deep drawing and other sheet metal working methods.

Manufacture can be seamlessly combined with further processing and assembly to provide the customer with a complete solution.
