Great expectations for the research project

Another of our significant contributions to enhancing customer benefits is our servo technology research project. In this connection, we studied the technical characteristics of our new servo controlled deep-drawing press and the possibilities for producing increasingly more challenging shapes. This means that our customers can design parts that are more complex and lighter, while also being durable, without a significant increase in costs.

Owing to the new press, we can improve the durability of the parts and reduce the amount of material needed, which results in significant savings. With the new technology, we can also reduce the spring-back of the parts and improve dimensional accuracy. These advantages are directly reflected in the quality and competitiveness of our customers’ products.

In terms of the outcome, our involvement in our customers’ planning process in as early stage as possible is of utmost importance.
