Progressive tool technology is a cost-effective manufacturing method especially suitable for large production series. Since this method requires initial investment into an expensive machine, it may not be the most appropriate solution in case of small production volumes. Progressive tool technology is a good and cost-effective option in case of volumes exceeding 10,000 pieces per production batch.

The method is suitable for many different materials. In general, material thickness ranges between 0.1 and 6.0 millimetres. Our machine capacity allows web widths all the way to 600mm. Progressive tools produce products of excellent dimensional accuracy and uniform quality.

Meconet has dozens of different press lines with a pressing force of 25 to 400 tons. This means that we can use a press of the optimal size for the customer’s product requirements.
