Simulation and manufacturability analysis

Wikipedia defines simulation as “imitation of reality”. Computer simulation builds an artificial reality inside the computer that tries to imitate the real process as well as its’ possibilities.

Meconet uses a 3D-simulation software designed especially for conformed thin sheet products. The software is produced by a Swiss-company called Autoform.

We will analyze the products and optimise the preparation process constantly based on 3D-models. This way we can ensure the high quality of products, manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
