Products manufactured by pressing require different finishing treatment depending on the application. Post-processing can be used to give the product the required technical and visual characteristics.

Hardening and thermal treatment is used in case of products that cannot be directly manufactured using hard or hardened materials. For example, we make products including a number of sharp bends in a soft form, using CK carbon steels, which are subsequently hardened during post-processing.

We employ grinding drum treatment to remove any cutting burrs from the products. The treatment can be carried out on products of proper size and not sensitive to deformation.

Automatic washing line allows us to wash smaller products. For example, hardening treatments include washing by default. Washing removes oily residues from the products.

Material coating treatments (e.g., galvanisation, painting, e-coating) can also be arranged through our co-operation partners.
