Technology & capabilities – facts
We use advanced manufacturing technologies, like deep drawing, stamping and spring manufacturing. Our in-house proto and tooling capabilities support these methods. Adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards ensures you receive reliable and compliant products.
Post-processing services and small series production support new product development, providing you with a seamless manufacturing solution. Assembly services for complex products are also part of our everyday operations.
Deep drawing
Our deep drawing process accommodates materials with thicknesses from 0.5 to 6.0 millimeters and sheet sizes up to 2 x 2.7 meters, enabling the production of components in various sizes and complexities. Our range of deep-drawing presses allows for efficient manufacturing with high precision, making it possible to produce both small and large size parts to meet diverse customer needs.
Powerful servo pressing with automatization
Our 1600-ton servo press enables precise control of forming speeds and pressures, improving material flow and minimizing thinning. It can handle large size components with complex geometries. The automated material handling system optimizes feeding and positioning of raw materials as well as transferring finished deep-drawn parts to the next processing phase, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
Additional manufacturing services
We provide 3D laser cutting with four machines, allowing precise trimming and hole-cutting for deep-drawn components. Additionally, we offer robotic welding for consistent and strong joints as well as automated riveting, grinding and washing. In addition, we can offer coating and surface treatments with the help of our extensive partner network. These services help ensure high-quality and efficient production tailored to customer needs.

Pressing
We use alternative and complementary pressing methods, including progressive tool technology, multi-slide technology, servo technology, and product post-processing.
Progressive tool technology
Progressive tool technology is ideal for high-volume production, offering efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. The initial investment is quickly offset by streamlined production, while the process allows for complex shapes, stable quality, and high material utilization. With incredible versatility and high speed, it ensures optimal manufacturing performance.
Multi-Slide Technology
Multi-slide technology is ideal for medium to large production volumes, particularly for manufacturing small, complex, and highly precise parts. Its efficient use of raw materials reduces production costs, while modern NC-steered technology enhances cost-efficiency and speed, making it a perfect solution for large-scale production.
Servo press line
Servo press technology is ideal for medium-volume production, offering flexibility for various materials and enabling the manufacturing of complex, deep-formed products. The large table size accommodates long tools and large part sizes, while reduced setup times enhance efficiency.
