Meconet expands its operations by acquiring Relicomp, a specialist in sheet metal technology
Meconet has acquired the entire share capital of the domestic Relicomp Oy. Relicomp is particularly known in the industry as a sheet metal manufacturer and a frontrunner in deep drawing technology. The transaction was completed at the end of March.
